L’Essence, ECOA’s signature experience, now also walks through Forno Grande State Park in Castelo — the second-highest point in Espírito Santo.
The trail adapts to the group’s pace. It can lead to the Waterfall Trail, with a 30-metre fall between great rounded boulders; to the Gruta da Santinha, a cave carved by thousands of years of erosion that shelters a small statue of Our Lady of Aparecida; or to the Poços Amarelos, natural pools whose amber colour comes from the iron in the rock and the organic matter of the forest.
Along the way, sensory pauses and environmental interpretation. At the end, a cup of coffee to round off the morning.

- Schedule: Dates and times on request, weekends included.
- Level: Easy to moderate — the Poços Amarelos are 2.2 km in. The technical climb to Forno Grande peak is not part of this experience.
