Booking and cancellation terms
- Experiences run by advance booking only.
- Rain or bad weather: the experience can be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund.
- Cancellation by the client at least 24 hours in advance: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund.
- ECOA may cancel due to bad weather or too few participants, at no cost to you: you choose between a refund and rescheduling within 30 days.
- Transport to the meeting point is not included.
