Who we are

ECOA — Experience and Environmental Connection, an inbound ecotourism agency in Domingos Martins, Espírito Santo, Brazil (CNPJ 52.070.143/0001-73). For anything about your data: contato@ecoaexperiencias.com.br or WhatsApp +55 27 99756-0855.

What data we receive

Only what you type into the site’s forms: name, email, WhatsApp, city or country, experiences you’re interested in, dates, group size and profile, preferred language and your message. On the agencies form, also your company’s name and type. We also record where the request came from — for example, a trade-show QR code.

What we use it for

To reply to you, prepare a proposal and organise your experience. We never sell or lend your data. When an experience involves a partner — a reserve, a guesthouse, transport — we only pass on what they need to welcome your group.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Messages arrive in ECOA’s inbox and are also stored in the site’s admin area, hosted by Hostinger. We keep them as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of our exchanges — and delete them sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), you can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your permission to be contacted. Just write to contato@ecoaexperiencias.com.br.

Cookies

The site only uses essential cookies: one that remembers your chosen language (Portuguese, French or English) and the team’s login cookies for the admin area. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first.

The WhatsApp, Instagram and online shop buttons lead to third-party services, each with its own privacy policy.
